LAGOS—THE League of Patriotic Lawyers has advised the Senate to tread with caution in handling matters that affect Nigeria and Nigerians.
This was made known by the Chairman, Abubakar Yesufu, during a press briefing in Lagos.
EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu
According to him, “the Senate has tried to hinge the rejection of Magu on integrity or lack of it, but the invitation of Magu, by Transparency International to deliver a lecture, is a testimony of his estimation before the world.
The President should reject the Senate’s call to replace Magu, as such call is diversionary.”
The league went on to congratulate the presidency for sticking with the choice of Magu.
