"DOES GOD REALLY CARE ABOUT US" |

God’s care of us begins from our spirit which has three parts: our intuition, conscience and communion. We are well informed that God has so much love for the world in John 3:16 that He sent His only begotten Son Christ Jesus to come down in the nature of man and paid the price for our sins. The scripture reminds us that without the shedding of blood there is no remission for sin. It is God’s love for us that moved Our Lord Jesus to the cross to redeem us from the sin of Adam/Eve and all the sins we have committed in life.
If we repent and return to the Lord with all our heart thus surrendering our live to His care, the Holy Spirit moves from our spirit man to start a work in our soul. In order to enjoy the refreshing and rest of the Holy Spirit, we must completely surrender our soul to be worked on. Our mind as revealed in Ezekiel 1 which has the face of an eagle is to be transformed to the nature of Christ. Our desire has the face of a man which should yield to the dictates of the Holy Spirit to be transformed to do God’s bidding. One stubborn center of our soul is our will. God does not touch on our will. We have a choice to make in life; either to yield to God or the devil, choose life or death, good or bad, the choice is ours. But if we yield our soul to the Lord He transforms it from the nature of an Ox to that of a Calf ready to work in obedience to the Holy Spirit. Our Emotions as swift as that of a Lion must be transformed to the longsuffering and compassion of Christ Jesus. When our entire soul nature is transformed into the nature of Christ then sin shall not have dominion over us. At this level of spiritual transformation wrought in our soul by the Holy Spirit, we shall see ourselves walking in a new and living way with the New Man in our soul working out and expressing to the world the nature of Christ.
The scripture in Acts 17:30-31 states thus:
And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. Acts 17:30-31 KJV
If God does not care who cares? Who gives life and gives it abundantly? Undoubtedly it’s God and His mercies endures forever. The devil does not care because he has just three ministries: to kill, steal and destroy.
The scripture in John 10:10 attest to this truth:
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10 KJV
Christ is Our Good Shepherd. God cares by constituting His Son Christ Jesus to be Our Shepherd. He is the Good Shepherd who gracefully attends to His sheep always. The mischievous design of the devil is to steal, kill and destroy. Those he held captive whose heart and affection are taken away from Christ and His pastures are killed and destroyed spiritually. Deceivers and false teachers are murderers of souls.
The gracious design of Christ the Good Shepherd is:
- First is to give life to the sheep.
Christ declared that He came to give life to His flock who are the true believers described as the true Church.
- God’s has manifested His care for us by the abundant life He provides for His people. Life in abundance is eternal life.
- Thirdly, that He has come to give His life for His sheep; that is, He is ready to surrender His life to save the sheep from the attack of the enemies.
We shall not enjoy the full benefit of the care of Our Father God if we are not part of His Flock. God cares and really provides for His own sheep. It is a great experience to be in the loving arms of Our Father. We must have our testimonies because by this we overcome the devil and the world in general.
The scripture in Matthew 6:24-34 attests to this truth.
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Matt 6:24-34 KJVSOURCE: MACHILD NEWS
