Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
John 6:54-55 KJV
It is possible for a consecrated Christian to be deceived into inactivity for some years without ever awakening to his dangerous plight. Often this fallen state increases in scope until he suffers some unspeakable pain in his mind, desire, will and emotions of his soul. The knowledge of the truth of God’s Word is absolutely necessary for the deliverance of our soul without which freedom is impossible.
Jesus Christ plainly stated in John 8:32 that we shall know the truth and the truth shall set us free.
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
John 8:32 KJV
We know that a believer falls into inactivity and carnality through deception which is mainly caused by lack of knowledge.
The first step to being raised up to freedom is to know the truth of all things: Truth concerning our total submission to God by His Spirit and His Word: Truth about the operations of the devil and his cohorts and truth about the great arsenals, the gift and fruit of the Spirit and how to use them to overcome.
It is noteworthy to mention here that deception unlocks the devil and his evil spirits to rush into our soul to hold us captive. Passivity provides a comfortable place for them to sit tight and take over the field of our mind. In order to expose falsehood and deception entrenched by the evil spirits in our soul, there is but no other way save to acquire the knowledge of the truth. It is needful to mention here that it is the knowledge of the truth that takes us to the first stage of freedom. Only the truth can set people free. Believers should be careful not to be caught in the web of ignorance thus sitting on the goldmine installed in their own bodies and perishing.
The scripture in Ephesian 5:27-30 stated that no man has ever hated his own body but nourishes and cherishes it.
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:
Eph 5:28-29 KJV
It is so strange to see believers openly resisting, out rightly forsaken and carelessly use their mouth to condemn and come against their own body urine even God’s perfect medicine installed in their body. In ignorance they are not aware that God had commanded that the things He had made clean should not be tagged as common or unclean.
The scripture in Act 10:14-15 confirms this truth.
But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
Acts 10:14-15KJV
Their attitude is directly at variance with scriptural teachings since the scripture records numerous passages that suggests that we should drink our own urine as it is described as living water.
The purpose of these mysteries that were hid in Christ now exposed to us these last days is to prepare us for the challenges we may face and overcome them most especially in the maintenance of our body in good health condition to be of service to God. The spirit could be willing but when the flesh is weak we are forced to seek for untimely transition to heaven.
Jesus Christ revealed that if we eat His Flesh and drink His Blood He will raise us up these last days. He also declared in His Word that if He sets us free, we shall be free indeed. This means that our soul and body shall experience freedom. When our soul is free from the entanglement of the devil, our body will distinguishably acknowledge good health.
For our soul to acknowledge a spiritual lifting and revival, we have to have victories over the beast, his image, his mark and the number of his name.
The scripture states thus in Revelation 15:2:
And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
Rev 15:2 KJV
The “sea of glass” is mentioned in Revelation 4:6 which states thus:
And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
Rev 4:6-9 KJV
The four beast were said to be standing before the sea of glass. These four beasts’ represents the soul of man. This constitutes man’s mind, desire, will and emotions. This is first revealed in Ezekiel 1:10-11 which tells of the four living creatures.
As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle Thus were their faces: and their wings were stretched upward; two wings of every one were joined one to another, and two covered their bodies.
Ezek 1:10-11 KJV
The eagle here represents our mind. The face of a man represents our desire, the ox our will, while the lion represents our emotions.
God is working by His Spirit to transform the nature of our soul to the nature of Christ Jesus. Thus we see the final stages of this transformation in Revelation 5:2.
The souls of these victorious believers were seen standing on the sea of glass. This means that they have become clear and transparent such that their soul remains crystal clear. This means that they are transparent in their activities towards God and man. It was also revealed that the sea of glass was mingled with fire. These men and women would rise up in great power and contend with the faith that was handed over to them.
God has described His ministers as ones with flaming sword. They will not appear as ministers locked up in prison like Paul and Silas or being thrown into the mouths of hungry lions and killed. But they shall rise up with great anointing and devour their enemies.
God had revealed these truth to Daniel the prophet in Daniel 7:21-22.
I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
Dan 7:21-22 KJV
The scripture in Daniel 7:27 concluded that the saints of the Most High God will rise up and take over the kingdom of this world thus subduing them to place them under the footstool of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
As the scripture reveals, these saints must have gotten victory over the beast, over his image, over his mark and over the number of his name.
We shall discuss in details the four levels of victories of our soul thus our bodies which must have overcome the devil and his cohorts who had long held the people of God captive and not allowing them to enjoy good health to do service to their God.
